NTT DATA Services Closes Acquisition of Nexient
PLANO, Texas – June 23, 2021 – NTT DATA Services, a global digital business and IT services leader, has successfully closed its previously announced acquisition of Nexient, speeding its ability to offer sophisticated digital transformation services to clients.
Nexient, which will operate as Nexient, an NTT DATA company, adds agile, cloud-native application design and development talent. It complements NTT DATA’s global delivery with its U.S.-based model, ensuring clients have easy access to delivery-center based, 100% agile product teams in NTT DATA Services’ largest market.
This marks the seventh successful acquisition close for NTT DATA Services in the last two and a half years.
